Loaded Greek Turkey Burgers

  • 1 lb 90% lean ground turkey
  • 1 c spinach chopped
  • 0.25 c sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 0.25 c red onion small diced
  • 0.25 c crumbled feta
  • 1 T dried parsley
  • 1 t red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Cut all ingredients as indicated and combine in bowl.
  • Warm cast iron grill pan over medium heat.
  • Divide meat into 4 burger patties.
  • Grill 4-6 minutes and flip. The pan will release the meat when it is ready to flip. If it is stuck, give it a little longer.
  • Cook another 4-6 minutes and internal temperature has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.


Tip: These are delicious with toasted buns, caramelized red onions, and pesto. Extra toppings and bun not included in macros.
