Loaded Greek Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb 90% lean ground turkey
- 1 c spinach chopped
- 0.25 c sundried tomatoes chopped
- 0.25 c red onion small diced
- 0.25 c crumbled feta
- 1 T dried parsley
- 1 t red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut all ingredients as indicated and combine in bowl.
- Warm cast iron grill pan over medium heat.
- Divide meat into 4 burger patties.
- Grill 4-6 minutes and flip. The pan will release the meat when it is ready to flip. If it is stuck, give it a little longer.
- Cook another 4-6 minutes and internal temperature has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
Tip: These are delicious with toasted buns, caramelized red onions, and pesto. Extra toppings and bun not included in macros.
