Fall AF Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • .5 cups buttermilk Kodiak pancake mix
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie seasoning
  • .25 cup canned pumpkin
  • .25 cup ultrafiltered milk
  • .5 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Trader Joe's apple cider fruit spread
  • 1 tbsp pecans
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • Recommend toppings: 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, pecans, or walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat pan on medium heat.
  • Combine pancake mix and seasoning.
  • Add pumpkin, milk, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
  • Spray preheated pan and add pancake mix. Flip when bubbles burst and create holes.
  • Let finish cooking. Butter and jam pancakes as you remove them from the heat.
  • Top with pecans and whipped cream.
