Fall AF Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients
- .5 cups buttermilk Kodiak pancake mix
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie seasoning
- .25 cup canned pumpkin
- .25 cup ultrafiltered milk
- .5 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Trader Joe's apple cider fruit spread
- 1 tbsp pecans
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- Recommend toppings: 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, pecans, or walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat pan on medium heat.
- Combine pancake mix and seasoning.
- Add pumpkin, milk, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
- Spray preheated pan and add pancake mix. Flip when bubbles burst and create holes.
- Let finish cooking. Butter and jam pancakes as you remove them from the heat.
- Top with pecans and whipped cream.
